Carbon Monoxide (CO) Testing
Testing of gas appliances is essential to protect your tenants and your property. Carbon Monoxide is a silent killer – colourless, odourless and deadly. It is recommended that gas appliances are tested at a minimum every two years to meet the safety requirements for Carbon Monoxide testing and to ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act 1997 (Vic).

Reliable Services will manage all properties in your rental portfolio to service & maintain your heating & cooling assets to the highest level. Your service and Carbon Monoxide test will be undertaken by a fully licenced gas fitter, in accordance with the Australian Standards, Plumbing Regulations, Plumbing Code of Australia and relevant state-based gas safety legislation. We use the most up to date testing equipment and undertake regular training to ensure compliance with gas safety standards.
The landlord will be provided with a copy of the Carbon Monoxide test, a completed service and safety report noting the appliance model, serial number, photograph of appliance and property address. You can rest assured that your appliances will be inspected every two years and that your property and tenants are safe.

number, photograph of appliances, Carbon Monoxide (CO) results and property address. You can rest assured that your appliances will be inspected every two years and that your property and tenants are safe.
